This is Joe Newman, the owner of Saturday Swap Meets, and I just wanted to take a moment to speak from the heart.
Starting something new like this swap meet has been one of the most exciting—and humbling—things my family and I have ever done. When we first launched Saturday Swap Meets, we honestly didn’t know exactly what it would become. We just knew we wanted to create something good… something local… something that brings people together.
And the encouragement we’ve received from Southern Utah has meant more than I can put into words.
Thank You for the Love and Support
We are still a long way off from making this swap meet as big as we dream it can be. We know growth doesn’t happen overnight. It takes consistency, commitment, and a community willing to build something together.
That’s why we’ve gone all in.
We’ve reserved every Saturday of the entire year at Legacy Park because we believe that if we keep showing up, week after week, this can become a true Southern Utah tradition.
But none of it works without you.
Southern Utah Is a Special Place
One of the biggest reasons we wanted to do this is because we love where we live.
Southern Utah is such a beautiful place to raise a family. We are surrounded by incredible people—great coaches, teachers, community leaders, business owners, neighbors, and friends. There are so many opportunities here, and we feel truly blessed to be part of it.
The swap meet isn’t just about buying and selling…
It’s about community.
It’s about finding treasures, meeting new people, supporting local families, and creating something fun and meaningful together.
A Valentine’s Day Gift From Our Family to Yours
This Saturday, February 14th, we want to do something special.
Valentine’s Day is all about celebrating love, and we just want to say:
We love you, Southern Utah.
So for this Saturday only, we are covering the cost of the event:
No Entry Fees
No Seller Fees
Just a day to come together, shop, sell, trade, and enjoy the community
We simply ask that sellers still register online so we can plan and make sure we have space ready.
Our family wants to foot the bill this week as a small way of saying thank you.
