The team at Saturday Swap Meets wants to share an important update with our vendors, shoppers, and community friends.
Important Schedule Update
There will be no Saturday Swap Meets during the Washington County Fair, which takes place at the Washington County Legacy Park in early April.
The county fair utilizes the entire fairgrounds facility, and simply put — there is no available space to safely and effectively host the swap meet during that time. We fully support the fair and encourage everyone to attend and enjoy all the fun activities, exhibits, food, and entertainment.
For full details about the fair schedule, events, and attractions, please visit the official website for the Legacy Park county fairgrounds.
Good news:
Saturday Swap Meets will return on April 25, and we’re excited to welcome everyone back and kick off the main summer swapping season.
What We’re Doing to Grow Saturday Swap Meets
We’re working hard behind the scenes to build something lasting for our community and establish a new tradition. Here are a few of the big steps we’re taking to grow Saturday Swap Meets and make it a permanent part of Southern Utah.
1. A New Billboard on Interstate 15
We’re investing in a new billboard along the north end of Washington, Utah on Interstate 15.
This is a significant investment for us, but we believe it’s worth it. Our goal is to create strong public awareness and establish Saturday Swap Meets as a consistent, recognizable destination in the community. The more people who know about the swap meet, the more buyers show up — and that benefits every vendor.
We’re building this for the long term.
We Need Your Help Spreading the Word
Growing a community takes teamwork, and social media is one of the most powerful tools we have. We primarily use Facebook and Instagram.
You’ll start seeing more activity from Saturday Swap Meets, including:
- Cash Stash posts
- Community group posts
- Vendor spotlights
- Local networking and promotions
- Event reminders and updates
Every like, share, and comment helps expand our reach. If you enjoy the swap meet, inviting your friends and family online makes a real difference.
If you’ve ever thought about selling, now is the perfect time to give it a try.
Families Are Always Welcome
One of the best parts of Saturday Swap Meets is the family atmosphere.
There is no admission fee.
Bring the kids. Bring your friends. Make a morning of it.
Come:
- Find a treasure
- Enjoy great food
- Support local vendors
- Spend a beautiful Saturday morning together at the county fairgrounds
We truly appreciate the continued support from our vendors, shoppers, and community members. We’re building something special — and we’re glad you’re part of it.
We’ll see you back at Saturday Swap Meets on April 25!
